Your Privacy
Privacy Policy
This policy describes how All Nations Church of God handles information submitted through this website and information used to display official church livestreams.
Effective October 15, 2026
Information we collect
When you use a contact, prayer, first-visit, salvation, baptism, membership, or serving form, the website may collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, telephone number, campus selection, requested visit date, ministry interest, and message or prayer request.
To reduce automated abuse, the website creates a salted, one-way fingerprint from limited request information such as the network address and browser user agent. The form record stores the resulting fingerprint for rate limiting rather than storing those raw values in the submission.
Authorized administrators also create and manage church content such as events, announcements, sermons, media, campus settings, and livestream assignments. Authentication and security services may process session and sign-in information needed to protect those administrative features.
Facebook and livestream information
The website connects only to the official All Nations Church of God Facebook Page. Through the Meta Graph API and signed Meta webhooks, the integration may access Page identity information and livestream information such as a live-video identifier, title, description, public Facebook URL, broadcast status, and event timestamps.
This information is used to detect an official church broadcast, identify its campus when reliable information is available, and display or link to that broadcast on the website. The integration requests pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and pages_manage_metadata. It does not request permission to publish posts, share content, or cross-post to personal profiles or other Pages.
Meta access credentials are handled on the server, encrypted before storage, and are not returned to website visitors or browser code.
How information is used
- Respond to messages, prayer requests, visit plans, and ministry inquiries.
- Route a request to the selected Jackson or Bolivar campus.
- Operate and secure the website and its administrator tools.
- Publish church-managed content and show verified livestream status.
- Diagnose delivery, security, and integration problems.
Storage and security
Website content, form submissions, administrator records, and livestream records are stored in the church's Supabase project. The application is hosted by Vercel. Access is restricted through server-side authorization, database Row Level Security, scoped administrator permissions, and encrypted storage for Facebook credentials.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. All Nations limits access to authorized people and uses the safeguards built into the application and its service providers.
Sharing and third-party services
Information is processed by service providers needed to operate the website, including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database, authentication, and media storage. Meta processes Facebook authorization, Page information, webhooks, and embedded Facebook video. YouTube processes requests when a visitor opens or plays YouTube content.
The website does not contain functionality that sells form submissions or uses the Facebook connection to publish or cross-post content. Information may also be disclosed when required to respond to a valid legal or security obligation.
Retention and deletion
The application does not apply one fixed retention period to every category of information. Form submissions and church administrative records remain available to authorized administrators until they are no longer needed or are removed through an authorized process. Facebook credentials remain stored until they are replaced, revoked, disconnected, or deleted. Hosting and database providers may retain operational logs or backups according to their own service settings.
For instructions on requesting access to or deletion of information, see the Data Deletion Instructions.
Your choices and requests
You may ask All Nations to review, correct, or delete information you submitted through the website. The church may need enough information to locate the record and verify that the request is authorized. Removing the All Nations application from Facebook Business Integrations revokes the Facebook authorization; a separate request can be made for related server-side records controlled by the church.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other authentication secrets with a privacy request.
